A Message From Our Founder

Welcome, Beautiful Women.

I'm so glad you found your way here.

When I think about Alpha Delta Zeta, I think about the woman who may be reading this with hope, curiosity, or even a little hesitation. From the very beginning, I want you to know that you do not have to become someone else to have a place here. Bring your personality, your experiences, your dreams, your laughter, and the parts of your story that are still being written. I want to know the real woman—not a résumé, a title, or a perfect version of her.

My hope is that this becomes a place where women truly learn one another—who you are, what matters to you, what you have walked through, and what you are reaching toward. I want us to notice when a sister is missing, celebrate what matters to her, check on one another, and form friendships that continue beyond meetings and events. The heart of this Society will not be found in appearances; it will be found in how we treat one another.

There is room here for different personalities, backgrounds, beliefs, and seasons of life. We will not all think alike or share the same experiences, and that is not what I am asking. I am asking that we come willing to listen, be honest, participate, serve, and make space for one another. Every woman should feel free to be herself while helping another woman feel safe enough to do the same.
